Production

Our production is completely focused on performance: Highly qualified employees and state-of-the-art equipment are the platform for our success. This is supported by the latest measuring methods for quality control on the most accurate measuring machines available.

We rely on the highest-quality materials and components for the construction of our injection moulds. All mould baseplates and mould inserts are manufactured to be 100% interchangeable. Whether high cavity numbers or innovative hot runners - the result is always maintenance-friendly high-performance moulds with maximum service life.

In-house hot runner system:
FOSTAG has numerous of its own highly developed hot runner systems that are ideal for challenging materials such as COC, PVC and more. They feature a compact design, excellent temperature control and user-friendly maintenance.

Qualification, training, service

High-performance injection moulding machines with clamping forces ranging to 6000 kN are available in the FOSTAG technical centre for tool tests and customer training.

Efficient customer training:
We attach great importance to training our customers. Our specialists train your employees in the handling and maintenance of your injection moulds. Of course, we can also provide support during commissioning, qualification and, if necessary, during production at your plant.
